Medium hot chilli sauce with Scotch Bonnet chilli and spices from Caribbean cuisine. This Caribbean-style sauce is inspired by the flavors of Jerk spices. Medium to hot. Perfect with sweet potato, corn cobs, fried plantain, grilled chicken, white fish or rice and peas.
