SMOKE - Chipotle Ketchup (Heat Level 1) 150ml

This is our signature sauce, its not fierce and can be enjoyed by the masses, a deep rich tomato ketchup with added chipotle, it ticks all the boxes as a slosher! Perfect for breakfast rolls, BBQs and pulled pork.


DEW - Lime, Ginger & Jalapeno Chilli Sauce (Heat Level 3) 150ml

A perfect infusion of green jalapeno, lime, and ginger. This is light enough for salad dressing, but fantastic on shellfish, light meats and cheeses. A perfect zesty verde sauce.

GOLD - Craft IPA & Pineapple Sriracha Sauce (Heat Level 5) 150ml

This is our newest creation of pineapple, sriracha style, heavy on garlic, Scotch Bonnets and Craft IPA beer backed up by noble hops. Have with seafood, fish or grilled gammon, or dare I say pizza!

GOLD INGREDIENTS: Yellow Pepper, Sugar, Pineapple, Malt Vinegar (malt vinegar, roast barley malt extract), craft beer (water, malted barley, wheat, hops) 7.34%, garlic, scotch bonnet (6%), garlic powder, vitamin C, citra hop pellets(<2%)


DEW INGREDIENTS: Cider vinegar, jalapeno chilli, oranges, lime, sugar, spring onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, spinach, sea salt, rapeseed oil.


SMOKE INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Tomato Paste (Tomato, Salt), Cider Vinegar, Chipotle in Adobo (Chipotle Peppers (56.25%), Water, Tomato Paste, Onion, Salt, Sugar, Acetic Acid)(11%), Roasted Red Pepper (Red Pepper (60%), Water, Salt, Citric Acid), Tomato, Garlic.

STORAGE: Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 12 weeks.
